We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Ellipsis Health. In this role, you will contribute to a number of different marketing and brand related projects supporting the growth of our business and the cultivation of strategic client partnerships. You will build and help maintain processes relating to marketing, maintain our CRM database, build lead generation and awareness campaigns, create client-facing promotional and educational materials, create social media posts, and liaise closely with our PR firm. Successful candidates are flexible and have a “can do, roll up your sleeves” attitude and approach. They’ve been a successful  B2B healthcare marketer supporting growth related strategies and implementations with a strong focus on performance and measurement.

This is a fully remote position working US hours. While we pride ourselves in our brilliant, international team, the core team is located in California and Baltimore and the candidate will be expected to work a complimentary schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Create client-facing materials (one-pagers, presentations, decks, etc)

• Maintain and build out our Salesforce database

• Create and manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram 

• Create a monthly newsletter to keep Ellipsis Health top of mind and nurture our community

• Maintain the Ellipsis Health website 

• Support the Ellipsis Health team with speaking engagements (applications to prep for panels, etc) 

• Build and manage email campaigns and strategy

• Draft press releases

• Support the application process for challenges, events, pitch events  and various opportunities 

• Liaise closely with our PR firm, Sales Development Agency

• Support blogs and thought leadership pieces with various stakeholders of the company 

• Proactively analyze B2B Marketing activities to gather insights, uncover opportunities, and make recommendations for more efficient allocations of resources

• Owning experimental design (AB testing) and sharing insights with the broader team

QUALIFICATIONS

​​

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (health tech preferred)

• Highly analytical and creative 

• Entrepreneurial, maker mindset

• Organized and able to prioritize

• Strong communicator (verbal, written, presentation)

• Well-versed in B2B Marketing data sources (Hubspot, Salesforce, ad platforms, Google Analytics, etc.) and channels (web, email, paid media, etc.)
