What NVIDIA Riva Brings to Sage

We’re integrating NVIDIA Riva Parakeet automatic speech recognition technology into Sage’s conversational platform. This gives us even lower latency and higher transcription accuracy, which means Sage can process what patients say faster and more accurately than before.

The technical improvement translates directly into better member experiences. When Sage can recognize in real-time that a person sounds uncertain or anxious, it can adjust its approach immediately. When it catches a complex medical term or medication name, it can respond appropriately without missing a beat.
