We are currently looking for an experienced quality assurance engineer with significant experience in creating automated test framework for commercial-grade consumer-facing mobile apps, webapps, and APIs. This is a technical leadership role and you will work closely with our CTO to create an engaging and easy to use healthcare app in Flutter. It is a great opportunity to build the next generation of our app that will be used by millions of users all over the world.

 

Ellipsis Health is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we are open to remote candidates for this role in the US, Canada, India, or beyond.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

​​

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable college

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience doing quality assurance on commercial, consumer-facing iOS, Android, Web apps, and API's

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with test planning, test design and test reporting

• Excellent coding skills in Python and experience with other high-level programming languages such as Java, Objective-C/Swift, etc.

• Proficient in automation testing frameworks Appium, XCTest, Espresso, Selenium/Webdriver/TestNG

• Experience with all aspects of mobile application testing, emulators, and mobile application development environment

• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI, etc.

• Familiarity with Shell scripting

• Familiarity with public clouds (GCP/AWS/Azure). GCP preferred.

• Familiarity with Flutter and Google Firebase

• Familiarity with server side load and performance testing tools like jMeter

• Experience with non-functional testing like security, page accessibility and client side page speed

• Knowledge of HIPAA or other regulatory standards
